Pets

dogAt Toft Lodge we are passionate about treating your pet as an individual. Our three regular vets each have a minimum of 17 years experience working with pets, as well as keeping up to date with recent advances through continuing professional development courses.

Continuity is good for everyone, so where possible we will book follow-up appointments with the vet who knows you and your pet best. However, our detailed computerised patient records mean that information is easily shared between vets when necessary.

Our staff are all committed to providing a friendly, professional service, and will always try to spend enough time with you to explain all problems and options to you in as much detail as you would like. Home visits can be arranged where necessary. Out of normal hours our own vets provide a 24-hour emergency service, shared between Toft Lodge and our partner practice Bishopton Vet group in Ripon.

catThe practice is open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and each Saturday morning from 8.30am to 12 midday. Our consultations are all by appointment, to keep waiting times to a minimum. We run a late night surgery every Wednesday evening specially for those who work during office hours.
