- Consultations - by appointment to reduce waiting times. Poorly patients can always be seen on the same day
- Vaccinations - including a full annual veterinary healthcheck
- Radiography - for diagnostic or screening purposes (eg. Hip dysplasia scheme)

- Acupuncture - we find this ancient practice really helps many of our patients, particularly those with arthritis pain

Our modern facilities allow us to provide all the health needs for your pets and include :-
- Fully equipped operating theatre and prep room with modern anaesthetic machines and surgical equipment
- X-ray machine and automatic processor for immediate on-site diagnosis
- Air-driven dental machine for ultrasonic scaling, polishing and routine dental work
- Ultrasound scanner for non-invasive diagnosis
- Blood pressure monitor
- In-house laboratory for fast on-site diagnosis processing blood samples, skin scraping and urine samples
- Modern, safe and comfortable hospitalisation quarters
- Separate isolation facility for patients with contagious diseases
- Fully computerised records enable us to give you a better service
- Well-stocked dispensary
In addition, at our sister practice Bishopton Veterinary Group in Ripon we can also provide :-
- Large hospitalisation facility with veterinary nurse on-site, especially useful for patients requiring intensive care
- Endoscopy for non-invasive investigations
- Cardiology scanner and ECG for detailed investigation of heart disease
- Radio-iodine unit for treatment of cats with Hyperthyroidism - opened in 2008 this is the only such facility in the North of England
- Visiting specialists in Ophthalmology and Dermatology
