* We have application forms for the new Horse Passport Scheme at the surgery. All equines (including horses, ponies and donkeys) must have their own passport by the revised deadline of 28th February 2005. The passport includes an identification sketch which must be completed by either a breed society official or a vet. We can visit your horse to complete a sketch, or we are happy to see horses and ponies at the surgery to save your costs.
